Usage and Precautions for FIVER  8000W M60/550 UV Mercury Light for Flexo Printing Machine:

1. The UV curing bulbs must be used with suitabe uv power supply.(recommend above FIVER UV ballasts )

2. When installing or removing the bulbs, avoid direct contact with the surface of the bulb with your hands to prevent contamination and loss of transparency. (Otherwise, it will result in low energy of the lamp tube and affect its service life.)

3. During operation, this bulb emits strong ultraviolet radiation. Protective measures must be taken to avoid eye and skin burns.

4. The power supply for this lamp is all high voltage. Daily maintenance and repair should be paid attention to.

5. The exposure time should not be too long. Generally, it is 20-120 seconds.

6. The fixing point of the bulb is at the magnetic head. During ignition, the end lead wire must not be suspended or subjected to force.
