The curing principle of UV glue for shoe machinery:

Due to the high crystallinity of MOULD and the low polarity of EPDM, EVA and other materials, they are not easy to adhere. We first use UV curing to polarize the surface of these materials and make them easier to adhere. After drying, we irradiate them with our UV ultraviolet lamp to split the initiator and generate free radicals, which initiates the polymerization reaction, allowing the UV curable polymer and UV curable monomer to adhere to the shoe material. The adhered shoe material has an increased polarity and becomes easier to adhere.
