Introduction of FIVER 2000W 417nm Iodine Gallium Lamps:

This type of lamp is made from high-purity quartz tubes. Inside the quartz tubes, iodides containing mercury, cobalt, gallium and some rare metal iodides are filled.

 It is also known as a UV discharge lamp or a sun-drying lamp. The spectrum mainly ranges from 315mm to 450mm, with the main peak at 420nm. 

The power ranges from 1KW to 7KW. This lamp has the advantages of long lifespan, stable arc, high intensity and good exposure quality. 

It is applied to the sun-drying exposure of non-silver salt films (diazonium salt films and photosensitive films), soldering resist dry films, wet films,

 green soldering resist, liquid photosensitive soldering resist, resin plates, PS plates, films, screens, PCB diazonium films, etc. of photosensitive materials.

How To Use FIVER 2000W lodine Gallium Lamps:

1.The lamp must be used with the corresponding ballast and flip-flops.

2.It commonly needs 1-2minutes to stable work after lighting the lamp.

3.There will be 5-10 minutes to cool the lamp before reboot the lamp again.

Notes:

1.Due to the high strength UV output from the iodine gallium lamp. direct irradiation of ultraviolet ray should be avoided;

your eyes should also be avoided caught by the glowing tube in case of harming them.

2.Turn the power off first to prevent unexpected results when replacing new tubes.
